GUESTMASTER HISTORY |
GuestMaster International Ltd is very proud to be a wholly
owned British company and world leader in its field.
GuestMaster International Ltd, originally called Performance
Technologies Ltd, was founded at the dawn of personal
computers way back in 1987.
Version 1.0 of GuestMaster Reservation Software was
developed and released in 1991 and became the worlds first truly
Windows based reservation software. Indeed having
never been written for DOS, it had no baggage to support and
started off strongly in the right direction.
The absolutely brilliant GuestMaster original design of the
reservation diary with its full drag and drop bookings on a
Gantt type chart has changed very little in 20 years.
The design has been plagiarised many times over the years in
other systems, but as they say, imitation is the sincerest
form of flattery.
Originally developed using Dbase data structure it migrated
to Microsoft Access database structure in 1993.
In 1995 it became a 32bit program and started to become very
successful throughout the world.
Adding integration with external systems like Phone Systems,
EPOS Tills, multiple PC's it maintained its lead as
perfectly crafted reservation software.
Now with full 2 way integration with external websites, like
Expedia.com and hundreds of other sites, it has opened up even
greater possibilities for hotels to become even more
successful through the use of well designed reservation
software.
The company went form strength to strength over the last 2
decades to where it is today with over 1,000 hotels having
GuestMaster installed in their property.

Important Notes
Refunds can not be made after the full activation password has been given by GuestMaster International Ltd.
Unused Technical Support incidents cannot be carried forward to
the following year.
The One Year’s Upgrades prices shown include the 33% early renewal discount and only apply if taken within 30 days from purchase or upon invitation to renew.
UK Postcode, the Internet module and Secure Online
Backup will cease working if
the support package is not renewed.
Direct access to the Internet is required via Broadband. |

| If you wish us to send you GuestMaster on a CD, we can do this for a small charge at the time of order for delivery anywhere in the world by normal mail. |

| Delivery Schedule |
Normally all you need to do is to download the evaluation copy of GuestMaster which will allow you to use GuestMaster for 30 days. We will then email you the activation password after we have received payment from you.
If you order the GuestMaster CD, we will post this to you for delivery via normal postal mail. International orders are generally received
within 10 days. |

For
orders made from the UK or the European Union, VAT is
added. All other orders are VAT free. |

If you find a bug in our software, anytime up to 90 days after purchase, we will fix the bug and issue you with an updated revision, without any charge and as soon as possible.
In the event of a legal dispute, we would always elect to fix the problem, rather than issue a refund, and any dispute can only be made under England's laws. |

You are welcome to fully evaluate GuestMaster for 30 days, before you would need to purchase a licence and request us to issue the password to activate the software.
As our product is computer software and can be easily copied, so we are unable to issue refunds after we have issued the activation password, as we are sure you will understand.
Software is exempt from the UK distance selling rules. |

Purchases Cancellation
GuestMaster International Ltd reserves the right to cancel a purchase at any time and to fully refund the purchase cost.
This may be necessary if a customer has purchased the wrong combination of products or services.
